Jingle Jangle

 Twelve key rings here.
Green bells - box weave
Blue bells - full Persian weave
Green/blue bell - Byzantine weave
While all are 9mm rhodium rings, the gauges are different for some. The difference is most obvious for the box weaves. The thicker gauge means a dense weave while the thinner gauge means a more open, airy weave.

And more stars

I made another 6-petal Celtic star and decided to try making a 5-petal one with the remaining rings from both the gunmetal one (bottom of the pic) and the non-tarnish one (top right). I found two smaller rings for the middle and counted off how many rings I would need and, thankfully, I had enough.

DS and DD both prefer the gunmetal one. I think I prefer a silver one (from rhodium or aluminium rings) with an accent charm for some colour.

Consistency

Who'd have thought that a pack of  pre-cut jump rings would have so many different gauges even if they have the same inner diameter?
Cross pendant attached to key ring and swivel hook.
Made from inconsistent gauge rhodium 9mm rings in the full Persian weave. This may be small but I took a long time because, firstly, this weave is a very dense weave. Sometimes I had a hard time trying to squeeze a ring in and resorted to using a smaller gauge. Perhaps that's why there are different gauges in a pack, LOL! Secondly, these rings are harder to open/close than what I've used thus far, aluminium or enameled copper.

Heavy metal

Just wanted to share this picture. Perhaps it might just cheer you up like it does to me. :-) I think I'll be happier when there're lesser of these. Maybe I should set myself a target to finish using these by end of ... 2012?

What would you like me to make for you?

Have a blessed day!
